What You’ll Do

• Guide inbound showroom visitors and digital leads through a consultative vehicle selection process.
• Conduct informative vehicle walkarounds and accompany guests on test drives.
• Present transparent pricing, trade-in valuations, and optional protection packages.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, ensuring a clean, fully prepped handover and customer onboarding to vehicle tech.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

What We’re Looking For

• Drive & Personality: Self-motivated, personable, and confident speaking with new people.
• Experience Level: Sales experience or dealership background is a plus, but not required—we will train the right attitude.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills (bilingual skills are a strong asset).
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, inventory tools, and basic digital correspondence.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; high school diploma or equivalent.
