ThorntonAutomotive Group in Red Lion, PA, is seeking a motivated New and Pre-owned Automotive Sales Professional to guide customers from first contact to delivery, delivering an exceptional car-buying experience.

The role emphasizes building trust, presenting vehicles, coordinating trade-ins and financing, and working with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless process. Prior automotive sales experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom, understanding their needs and budget.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, including trade-in appraisals and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
