Service Technician Needed

At Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, we’re looking for a skilled Service Technician who takes pride in getting it right the first time. If you’ve got the diagnostic ability and the right attitude, you’ll fit right in with a team that values our customers, quality work, efficiency, and each other.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics including electrical, drivability, CAN/network faults, no-starts, and intermittent concerns
• Execute accurate, efficient repairs and verify quality before vehicles leave the bay
• Document findings clearly in the DMS and communicate effectively with service advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, organized bay and handle tools and equipment with care
• Contribute to a professional shop culture that elevates the team as a whole

Requirements

• Proven diagnostic experience at an independent, dealer, or specialty shop
• CDJR experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE certification(s) preferred, but not required; demonstrated skill set required
• Own tools appropriate to your experience level
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Team-first mindset with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Compensation

• $40,000 - $110,000 realistic annual earning potential varies based on production and experience level, including production bonus
