Voss Hyundai is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The position emphasizes assisting customers in selecting vehicles, growing a customer base, and meeting or exceeding sales goals while staying current on product features. Training and ongoing development are highlighted as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Candidate must complete a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ability to put together a weekly plan to stay on track with your goals.
• Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
