Sponsler Donley Ford of Ashland is actively seeking motivated Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team. If you're experienced in automotive sales, or have a strong sales background with drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.

As part of our sales team, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the purchase process with integrity and professionalism. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

If you're experienced in automotive sales, we're interested in talking with you. If you're new to the business but have a strong sales background, work ethic, and the drive to succeed, we want to talk to you as well.

At Sponsler Donley Ford ofAshland, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our wide range of vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers, identifying their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and closing sales.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales targets.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product developments.
