Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly dealership experience
• Identify needs, preferences, and budget for customers
• Present and demonstrate vehicles and explain features and incentives
• Conduct professional test drives and assist with selecting vehicles
• Structure and present purchase and lease options with sales managers
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom customers
• Maintain contact with prospects and generate repeat/referral business
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and coordinate vehicle delivery
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products and inventory
• Represent Colonial Chevrolet professionally at all times

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience
• Identify each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and available options
• Conduct professional test drives
• Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle
• Work with sales managers to structure and present purchase and lease options
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers
• Maintain regular contact with prospective and previous customers
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Accurately complete sales paperwork and customer information
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery
• Explain vehicle features during the delivery process
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, incentives, and current inventory
• Meet individual and dealership sales goals
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale
• Represent Colonial Chevrolet professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, positive, and dependable
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and through email
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and customer-management system skills
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

• Expected annual compensation of $70,000–$125,000
• Base salary plus commission
• Earnings are based on experience, sales performance, and overall results
