Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred but training is available
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, positive, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfortable with in-person, phone, text, and email communication

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly dealership experience
• Identify needs, preferences, and budget for customers
• Present and demonstrate vehicles and explain features and incentives
• Conduct professional test drives and assist with selecting vehicles
• Structure and present purchase and lease options with sales managers
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom customers
• Maintain contact with prospects and generate repeat/referral business
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and coordinate vehicle delivery
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products and inventory
• Represent Colonial Chevrolet professionally at all times
