Job summary

Kia of West Nyack is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential, paid training, and real opportunities for career advancement.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but sales backgrounds from retail, consumer finance, call centers, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries transfer extremely well.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn dealership products, processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Build relationships with customers in person, by phone, and via internet leads.
• Respond promptly to leads and schedule appointments.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Close sales and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Partner with sales management and the finance team to finalize vehicle transactions.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
