Qualifications

• At least five years of automotive retail management experience.

• Familiarity with CDK or comparable dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the dealership's sales team.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
• Review and structure profitable, customer-focused deals.
• Monitor CRM activity, lead response, and closing performance.
• Drive monthly sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
