Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking an energetic Consumer Sales Consultant to build relationships, guide customers through vehicle purchases, and deliver an outstanding buying experience. Training is provided with a $3,000-per-month guarantee for the first three months as you learn our processes and technology.

You’ll develop product knowledge, work with advanced sales tools, and join a supportive team focused on career growth.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have sales or customer-facing experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and follow a proven sales process.
• Willingness to learn modern sales tools and technology.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end.
• Learn each customer’s needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to identify the right vehicle.
• Maintain relationships with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct informative test drives, and explain warranties and ownership options.
• Identify trade-in and future purchase opportunities and manage opportunities with CRM tools.
