Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end.
• Learn each customer’s needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to help identify the right vehicle.
• Maintain relationships with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, capabilities, technology, and benefits.
• Conduct informative and enjoyable test drives.
• Clearly explain available warranties, services, and ownership options.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our vehicles, competitive models, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain your own customer base.
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers.
• Engage with potential customers through dealership traffic, inquiries, referrals, community activities, and other opportunities.
• Identify trade-in and future purchase opportunities.
• Utilize available technology and sales tools to manage opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Help customers confidently navigate the buying process.
• Address questions and concerns professionally.
• Ask for the sale and work toward mutually beneficial solutions.
• Complete required sales and purchase documentation.
• Explain available financing options, warranties, service contracts, and other ownership solutions.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure every customer leaves confident about their purchase.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to achieve objectives.
• Communicate professionally and keep management informed regarding customer opportunities and activity.
• Follow established sales processes and performance standards.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, technology skills, and sales abilities.
