Responsabilités

• Complete our comprehensive sales and phone skills training program.
• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Assist customers with financing and credit applications.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and manufacturer programs.
• Help ensure the showroom and vehicle inventory are professionally presented.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
