Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
• Stay updated on inventory, features, and how they benefit customers.
• Maintain a prospect development system and follow up with leads.
• Introduce customers to the service department and ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected.
• Conduct regular analysis to improve time management and planning.
