Wickstrom Chevrolet in Roselle, IL is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional (Product Specialist) to guide customers through a major buying decision with a pressure-free, 5-star experience.

You'll develop product knowledge across Chevrolet new and pre-owned inventory, deliver consultative demonstrations and test drives, and partner with Finance to close deals while building lasting relationships for repeat business. We support work-life balance and offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; willing to train motivated candidates with strong communication and people skills.
• Background in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ with a valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the showroom and lot, listen to needs, and provide consultative vehicle selection.
• Demonstrate Chevrolet lineup and conduct test drives, highlighting technology, safety, and performance.
• Present pricing clearly, negotiate with integrity, and coordinate with Finance.
• Follow up with past buyers to ensure satisfaction and build a strong referral pipeline.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales and CSI goals while upholding the dealership's best interests.
