Qualifications

• Sales experience not required but preferred.
• Genuine interest in vehicles and ability to explain features clearly.
• Reliable, coachable and able to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles.
• Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs.
• Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty.
• Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers.
