• Conduct engaging test drives and product walk-arounds
• Stay up-to-date on Chevrolet product knowledge
• Help customers compare models and understand their options
• Support the sales team with accurate product information

As a Customer Experience Expert, you are the face of Kurtis Chevrolet’s modern retail experience. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, and confident — from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away.

Customer Experience Responsibilities
