Lithia & Driveway in Temecula, CA is hiring a Sales Representative to present vehicle options, financing, and service programs. You will follow up with customers, maintain relationships, and stay current on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram products. Compensation includes a commission plan and annual income potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands.
• Customer communication in person, over the phone and other digital channels.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up’s and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You’ll report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.
