Job summary

DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge Temecula, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Sales Representative to present Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles and related finance options. You will build relationships with customers and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

We offer a performance-based pay plan, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. You must be available to work any day/shift, with a supportive team led by the General Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands is preferred.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone and digital channels.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and features.
• Present purchase and finance options and service programs.
• Perform follow-ups and nurture relationships with customers.
• Track customers using the store management system.
• Stay updated on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products and training.
