Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring Sales Representatives to present vehicle models, trim levels and options, and to outline purchase and financing programs. You will follow up with customers, maintain relationships, and track prospects using our store system while staying current on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products.

The role requires 1+ years in automotive sales and customer service, with strong communication across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
• Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital channels

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up with and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system.
• Keep up to date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses
