Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work a daily business plan and communicate with customers and staff.
• Manage inbound traffic/calls and follow-up activities.
• Use eLead CRM to manage and measure lead activity.
• Present the vehicle and facilitate paperwork.
• Deliver vehicle and schedule first service appointment.
• Follow up with sold and unsold prospects and referrals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
