Job summary

Jenkinsacura is seeking a motivated salesperson to maximize both inbound showroom, phone and internet opportunities and outbound follow-ups, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work daily with the dealership’s management and sales staff, and enjoy a new hire sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.
• Know and understand the federal, state and local laws, which govern retail

Responsibilities

• Work a daily business plan and communicate with Incoming Traffic/Calls and follow‑ups.
• Use CRM to manage and measure lead activity and drive appointments and sales.
• Present vehicles and facilitate paperwork; deliver and schedule first service appointment.
• Follow up with unsold prospects and reminders to promote loyalty and retention.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
