Job summary

Jenkins-Mazda-of-Ocala is seeking an energetic automotive salesperson to maximize showroom, phone, and internet opportunities while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will interact daily with management and sales floor staff to drive sales and represent the dealership professionally.

You will manage leads in the eLead CRM, present vehicles to customers, complete paperwork, and follow up to promote loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound customer traffic and follow-ups.
• Use CRM to manage and measure lead activity and appointments.
• Present vehicles and facilitate paperwork with customers.
• Deliver vehicles and schedule first service appointments at delivery.
• Follow up with sold, unsold, and referral opportunities to drive loyalty.
