You will deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain CRM discipline to ensure accurate deals.

The role requires at least 1+ year in automotive sales, strong closing skills, and a detail-oriented approach to compliance and paperwork.

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales.
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused role with Finance Development
• Primary responsibility is automotive sales
• Support F&I operations at least 1 day per week
• Help with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency
