Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pocatello is seeking a Sales Representative II to drive automotive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role includes supporting Finance and Insurance activities at least one day per week, assisting with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in automotive sales, strong closing ability, and a detail-oriented approach to paperwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales performance and gross production.
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused role with Finance Development.
• Support F&I operations at least 1 day per week.
• Help with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure.
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish.
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards.
