Job summary

Dillon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Caldwell, ID is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to drive revenue by helping customers find the right vehicle and closing sales. You will stay up-to-date on product features and maintain a high standard showroom and customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Idaho license, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Excellent computer skills to use CRM and email software.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Maintains a prospect development system by following up with active prospects using the CRM.
• Follows up with previous customers for referrals and future sales.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Works professionally with customers, coworkers and the public.
• Adheres to company procedures and maintains attendance.
• Reports to Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
