Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive dealership sales experience.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay updated on models, pricing and specifications for accurate information.
• Guide customers through sales process including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent manner.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction.
