Poway Honda, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to assist customers, share model information, and ensure a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for vehicles and strong communication will help drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You will greet customers, arrange test drives, explain financing options, and guide them through the sales process, with earnings through base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and helping customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
