Schomp Ford in Denver, CO is seeking energetic sales professionals to build lasting relationships with guests and guide them through the vehicle selection process. You will learn our One Price, One Person, One Hour approach and work with customers to tailor options, financing, and protection plans while providing exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and availability to work Saturdays and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and describe vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and budget, presenting suitable options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Collaborate with Finance on financing options based on credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to leads.
