Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Denver, CO is seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant to build lasting relationships with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through the full vehicle purchase journey using our One Price, One Person, One Hour model.

You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate technology, present options within the customer's budget, and promote protection plans while leading the finance process with each guest.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe vehicle technology and features.
• Identify customer needs and present options meeting budget and preferences.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP and service plans.
• Lead the finance process with each customer and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Utilize CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments and respond to leads.
