Elite Acura, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales goals. The dealership is a Fortune 250 leader with extensive automotive retail operations.

The role focuses on test drives, product knowledge, and delivering high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Base compensation is complemented by commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
