Pensacola Honda, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring to support customers through finance paperwork and deal approvals. You’ll ensure accurate documentation for timely payments and collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize profit on each sale.

The role requires excellent communication, professional appearance, and the ability to work weekends. Automotive dealership experience and finance knowledge are preferred. Comprehensive training and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and work legally in the USA.

Responsabilités

• Submit paperwork to finance sources on all finance deals.
• Ensure documentation is submitted so finance contracts can be paid timely.
• Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Check paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Verify insurance with customers’ agents and verify trade payoffs.
