Job summary

Volkswagen of Fallston, part of the Sonic Automotive family, seeks an Automotive Sales Associate to assist customers in vehicle selection and purchase. You will present models, pricing, and financing options while delivering a positive buying experience.

You will need strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Full-time schedule includes weekends and extended hours with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, features, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing options.
• Negotiate and finalize sales while maintaining transparency and customer focus.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction.
