Job summary

DCH Subaru of Riverside is hiring a Sales Representative to guide customers through new and used vehicle selections, present financing options, and build lasting relationships. You’ll use our CRM and sales tools to track opportunities, stay updated on Subaru products, and participate in a commission-based pay plan.

Open availability is required, and you’ll report to the Sales Desk Manager for coaching to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle from our new and used inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and benefits.
• Present financing, protection products, and service options.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Use CRM and sales tools to track activities and opportunities.
• Stay current on Subaru products and pre-owned inventory.
• Report to Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to achieve goals.
