Lithia & Driveway's BMW of Bloomfield in New Jersey is seeking Sales Representatives for a fast-paced, lucrative role. This full-time position requires Saturday and evening availability and offers a compensation range of $75,000 to $120,000+ annually based on performance.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, follow up on leads, and collaborate with management and finance to close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objections.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Committed to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online.
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on needs and lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships.
• Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels).
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish.
