Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, text, and CRM systems to generate sales.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
