Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership setting.
• Proven ability to convert leads and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems CDK and VinSolutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online.
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on needs and lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships.
• Work with management and finance to finalize deals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish.
