Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objections.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers both in-store and online.
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on needs and lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels).
