Job summary

Brickell Mazda, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases, demonstrate features, and ensure a positive buying experience.

You will build relationships, explain financing and trade-in options, stay current on products, and collaborate with finance, service and management teams to close deals. Training is provided if experience is limited.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and sales-related software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a new or pre-owned Mazda vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
• Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
