Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess needs and suggest suitable vehicles.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
• Maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Follow up with customers after sales and participate in training programs.
