Job summary

TONY HAWAII KONA LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet guests, identify needs, and guide them to the best vehicle choices. You will describe features, arrange test drives, and complete paperwork in line with dealership guidelines.

Responsibilities include delivering vehicles professionally, following up on post-delivery items, and building repeat/referral business while staying current with product knowledge and training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every guest, identify vehicle needs and preferences.
• Describe vehicle features, value, and available options and offer test drives.
• Complete vehicle transactions and related paperwork per dealership guidelines.
• Ensure quality delivery and follow up on post-delivery items and title work.
• Build repeat and referral business through proactive guest follow-up.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve performance.
