Inchcape is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Guam sales team. You will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

You’ll build relationships, strive to meet monthly sales goals, participate in OEM and dealership trainings, and handle vehicle presentations, test drives, and paperwork with accuracy. Guam location; career growth in a leading global automotive distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features, benefits, and available options.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up activities.
