• Engage customers through phone, text, email, and video to generate appointments.
• Keep CRM updated with notes, tasks, and pipeline status.
• Coordinate appointments and pre-visit communications with customers.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features clearly, including hybrids and EV options.
