Big O Tires in Reno is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and maximize tire and service sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a proven service sales background, strong communication, and multi-tasking skills will thrive. The role emphasizes delivering the best service experience to guests while meeting sales goals and maintaining professional standards.

Formación

• 3 year minimum tire & auto service sales experience.
• Strong auto service & tire sales knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities and team building.
• Multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilidades

• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience.
• Achieve thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues.
• Keep up to date through training and vendor publications.
• Adhere to Big O Tire policies and procedures.
• Assist other sales or service associates to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain showroom merchandise and inventory; receive or transfer goods as needed.
• Follow safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.
• Sell tires and service-related needs.
