Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts and handle peak times.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to determine needs and provide information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer queries.
• Process POS purchases and handle returns when needed.
• Follow and achieve department sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure in-stock, presentable areas.
