LaFontaine Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing Michigan team. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate vehicle features to close sales.

You will excel at building relationships, presenting options, and delivering a superior customer experience on the showroom floor and during test drives. Competitive compensation with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• Sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the showroom floor and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on road.
• Suggest optional equipment and options for customers to purchase.
• Prepare related paperwork (sales slip, credit applications).
• Deliver new vehicle and explain features, warranty, and paperwork to ensure customer understanding.
• Meet or exceed written forecast and sales numbers.
