Job summary

Hertz is hiring an Automotive Sales Administrative Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii to support inventory, reconditioning, and daily sales operations. You will help ensure vehicles are front-line ready and assist with DMV, title and registration tasks, as well as timecard and reporting duties.

In this role you will manage front-line readiness, maintain inventory logs, coordinate with vendors and facility teams, and provide clerical support to the Location Manager and regional team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 20+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming vehicles and manage front-line readiness.
• Maintain a daily log of all incoming inventory.
• Record insurance and vendor bids for reconditioning.
• Support facility operations and ensure documentation.
• Assist the Location Manager with timecard input and reports.
• Support the region as needed and assist with deal packaging.
• Address DMV issues and support titles and registrations.
