You will coordinate shipments, maintain catalogs, work with technicians, and ensure a clean, well-stocked, and safe workspace while supporting external vendors and internal teams. • Knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in selecting parts and bill to repair orders.
• Order items for various operational departments.
• Manage purchase orders and inventory software.
• Replenish stock and follow up on back orders.
• Shipping and receiving and stocking.
• Inform VP of Maintenance and Facilities about issues.
• Assist customers and vendors with questions and concerns.
• Maintain parts catalogs and keep area clean and stocked.
