Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, a prominent automotive group in Central Florida, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager for our Holler Driver's Mart, Holler Honda, and Holler Hyundai locations. You will lead training and sales efforts in a negotiation-free environment with hourly pay plus bonuses tied to cars sold.

The role includes staffing, inventory decisions, and coordinating with other departments to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train new sales associates
• Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Coach and Counsel sales associates
• Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory
• Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs
• Display, merchandise, and promotes new- and used-vehicles
• Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
• Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments
• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Follow our selling process including manager fly-bys and presenting numbers to customers
• Appraise vehicles
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Attends managers meetings as requested
• Other duties as assigned
