Responsibilities include interviewing and training new sales associates, setting annual objectives, coaching staff, managing inventory, and coordinating between departments to meet dealership goals while ensuring a professional appearance and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in sales leadership and staff development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train new sales associates.
• Directs sales staffing and training to enhance sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for sales, profits, and expenses.
• Monitor salesperson productivity and performance; coach and counsel staff.
• Oversee inventory of new and used vehicles and promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet dealership goals.
