Job summary

Holler Driver's Mart is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise the Service Department and manage shop workflow. The role emphasizes training, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and dollars per RO, ELR, etc.
• Dispatch work and manage shop workflow
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks
• Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer
• Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
• Administers warranty claims and communicates warranty information to customers

The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
• Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
